Cancellation: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total, and a new deposit will be required for future appointments. A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show, with 100% of the scheduled service total due. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or a fever, please reschedule your appointment and provide as much notice as possible. Cancellation fees may apply when less than 48 hours’ notice is provided.
